2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 1 pressed the chest and mouth of informant, whereas, petitioner no. 2 cut the neck of the informant with knife. Doctor has found simple injury. Admittedly, there is land dispute between the parties, for which, a title suit, bearing Title Suit No. 53 of 2021, has already been filed in the court of learned Sub-Judge, Kahalgaon (Bhagalpur) from the petitioners' side.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the nature of injury, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon (Rasalpur) P.S.
