This is an application for quashing of the order dated 14.8.2014 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Bhagalpur in Complaint Case No. 533 of 2011 whereby and whereunder cognizance was taken under Sections 279, 337, 338 of the Indian Penal Code.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the case.

Accordingly, the petition stands dismissed for nonprosecution with liberty to raise all the points before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage .
