Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. At the very outset, it has been submitted that both the parties have compromised the case outside the Court and they have decided to live separately having no concern with each other and in view of compromise arrived between the parties, the petitioner deserves sympathetic consideration.

No.11381 of 2017 (4) dt.18-04-2017 2/2 In the facts and circumstances as stated above, the petitioner in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahana at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No. 07 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down in section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
