2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/149/341/323/186/333/ 379/353/307/420/411/504/506/427 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 4 & 40 of Bihar Mines Act, 1972 and Section 15 of the Environment Protection Act.

3. The petitioner case, in brief, is that when the informant along with other police officers reached near the house of Bhola Singh some 200 persons assembled there and when they tried to stop the lifting of sand then all the accused persons started throwing stone pieces upon the police personnel.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been made accused in this case only on the basis of suspicion. There is general and omnibus allegation of assault

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22896 of 2025(3) dt.09-05-2025 2/2 against the petitioner. No specific overtact has been levelled against the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2025.

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad/ concerned court in connection with Barun P.S. Case No. 86/2019.
