1. Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.

2. The accused/petitioner is named in F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 213 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against above named petitioner is to sell a piece of land belongs to informant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 24263 of 2024(2) dt.10-04-2024 2/3 on the basis of forged documents.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the dispute between the parties is purely of civil in nature. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is the nephew of informant and also one of the co-sharer of property in issue.

5. Learned APP opposes the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and by taking note of fact as petitioner is one of co-sharer, accordingly, petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial Court, within a period of four weeks of the order, are directed to be released on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Madhubani/concerned Court, where the case is pending in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 213 of 2021,
