Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Section-47(a) of the Excise Act.

Twenty five bottles containing 180 ml. each Nepali foreign liquor are said to have been recovered from possession of the petitioner, for which, the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 16-07-2016 without having any criminal antecedent. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Excise Case No. 118 of 2016 to the satisfaction
