The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 13.2.2015 passed by the ACJM, Bhagalpur, in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 33/2012 under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 477(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been fairly submitted by learned Senior Counsel that the matter is of 2015 and lots of water may have flown down in the ganges and as such liberty may be granted to take all the points at an appropriate stage before the concerned Court. The petition accordingly stands disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
