Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case no. 714 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case no. 39 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 377 of the Indian Penal Code read with section 4 of the POCSO Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that trial has completed and case is fixed for judgment. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, the court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32862 of 2021(3) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. It is expected that the learned court below will conclude the issue within a period of two months from today.
