This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Amarpur P.S. Case No.205 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R. the accused persons have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. The marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the petitioner on 27.04.2021 and she died on 09.04.2022. The petitioner is in custody since 03.05.2022.

In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this application is rejected.
