JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 03-03-2022 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that provisional bail was granted to the petitioner in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case no. 26 of 2020 vide order dated 26.6.2020. However, the defects could not be removed as the office of the Court has not started functioning physically. It is further submitted that the same will be removed as soon as the normal functioning of the office of the Court is restored. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner in connection with Gadhpura P.S. Case no. 26 of 2020 vide order dated 26.6.2020 is hereby confirmed. Let the petitioner remove the defects pointed out by the stamp reporter within four weeks of normal functioning of the Court being restored.
