2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 698 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 331(6) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught red-handed while committing theft in the house of the informant. He has injured the informant also.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2024.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Patna/concerned Court below in connection with Shastri Nagar P.S. Case No. 698 of 2024, subject to condition that:
(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Shastri Nagar Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
