JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-12-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for directing the Respondents to fix pay after giving benefits with effect from 1.1.2006 and accordingly revise the death-cum-retiral benefits, the learned counsel for the Respondent-State has referred to the counter affidavit, filed in the present case and has submitted, by referring to paragraphs no. 10 to 15 thereof that the salary of the husband of the petitioner has been re-fixed and thereafter, the due entitlements have also been paid.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives
