The petitioner is accused in connection with Jalley P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 registered under Sections 302/201/120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that the dead body of Satish Yadav was seen in the village Narach by Shiv Kumar Thakur, brother of the informant and on the dead body of the son of the informant, several incised wound were found. The informant raised suspicion against four persons including the petitioner having hand in the murder of his son due to old land dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except suspicion nothing has been collected by the Investigating
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71440 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 Officer against the petitioner and petitioner is in custody since 08.08.2018 and on investigation, charge sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.- Ist, Darbhanga, in connection with Jalley P.S.
