The petitioner is in custody since 24.08.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No. C-77(7) of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Section 47(a) of the New Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made and that the recoveries were not made from her conscious possession, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Complaint Case No. C-77(7) of 2016.
