The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 355 of 2017 for the offence under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Referring to the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. he submits that there is absolutely no material as to involvement of petitioner in the instant case.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial
