2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State Election Commission, Mr. Ravi Ranjan submits that due to certain Elections that took place in between, there was some

3. In that background, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition and persuade the same before the Commission for its early disposal.
