JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, who is husband of the deceased, apprehends his arrest in a case for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is that petitioner along with others killed the deceased and hid her body in a ditch, beneath the road. Dead body of the deceased with chopped head and legs was recovered.

The petitioner submits that other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, the petitioner should surrender before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muaffarpur in connection with Motipur P.S. Case No. 66 of 2012
