JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-04-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 34 of 2019, dated 05.02.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) and 38(i) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

After some arguments, Mr. Indrajit Kumar, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail.
