====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-03-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the State.

This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 498A, 323, 307, 314 and 315 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Petitioners are parents of the husband. It has been informed by the learned counsel for the parties that in the matter of anticipatory bail of the husband, reconciliation is already going on. There is general and omni bus allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same against the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12909 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 243 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, Patna, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
