The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No.119 of 2018 registered under Sections 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that petitioner was arrested by the informant making an attempt to steal his Mahindra Pick Up Van while the said vehicle was parked in front of toll plaza.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that altercation has taken place between the informant and the petitioner. Thereafter, the instant case has been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 17.07.2018.

No.73328 of 2018(2) dt.11-12-2018 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-V, Patna City in connection with Didarganj P.S.
