The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 283 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 5 and 6 of E.S.M. Act.

The prosecution case is that on 25.10.2018 the informant was performing his duty, at the same time he received information that a loaded truck with animals has been caught by the workers of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, for which Goraul P.S. Case No. 341/1998 has been registered and thereafter the petitioner and others have continuously obstructed the road and on this information the informant alongwith S.H.O., Kathara went there and requested the people to vacate the obstruction, at

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 35627 of 2019(3) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 this they raised slogan against the administration. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and there is general and omnibus allegation.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Goraul (Kathara O.P.) P.S. Case No. 348 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-X, Vaishali at Hajipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) amitkumar/- U T
