Patna High Court CWJC No.20799 of 2011 (5) dt.23-06-2016 2/2 23-06-2016 After some argument, Sri Mritunjay Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner(s), in presence of learned State Counsel, Sri N.N.Ojha, learned counsel for the Respondent/ Bihar State Co-operative Bank and Sri Rakesh Kumar Ojha, learned counsel for the Respondent/Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Bhagalpur, makes a prayer for disposal of the cases, so that the petitioner(s) may avail the remedy available under the Bihar State Co-operative Bank.

Both the aforesaid writ petitions stand disposed of. It goes without saying that the period consumed by the petitioner(s) in pursuing the present writ petitions i.e. from 24.11.2011 till date shall be excluded, while considering the limitation matter.
