JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-10-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 714 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 09.02.2020.

Considering the nature of allegations, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail on completion of one year in custody.
