Counsel for the respondent-Bank is present. He has draws attention of the Court to the order dated 02.04.2013 when no one had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It has been stated that the application has been filed for grant of Kisan Samadhan Card by the respondent-Bank. On the basis of instructions received by him, he contends that the claim of grant of Kisan Samadhan Card to the petitioner was considered and rejected by

Considering the above, in my view, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The application is dismissed. The dismissal of this application shall however not preclude the petitioner from applying a fresh for grant of Kisan Samadhan Card before the concerned Bank setting out all relevant informations for fresh consideration.
