JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 18-04-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to remove all the defects pointed out by the Stamp Reporter within one month. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dehri P.S. Case No. 431 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 414 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, six stolen tyres were recovered from one Mahindra Bolero pickup van.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and there is no criminal antecedent against him. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail before
