2. The grievance of the petitioners, who are the Panchayat Teachers, is with regard to the position of seniority assigned to the Respondent no.9 vis-a-vis the petitioners.

3. Since the petitioners are Panchayat Teachers, in view of the Bihar State Teaching Institutions Teachers and Employees (Dispute Redressal and Appeal) Rules, 2020 and the decision rendered by this Court in C.W.J.C. 10222 of 2022 in the case of Rani Kumari versus the State of Bihar and others along with series of connected writ petitions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with liberty granted to the petitioners to approach the concerned District Appellate Authority for redressal of the grievances raised in the present writ petition.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off with the above liberty to the petitioners.
