2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 281 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the DP Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is the husband of the deceased who is alleged to have killed the deceased for demand of dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2025. He further submits that during investigation it has come that the deceased committed suicide and her dead body was recovered after
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.28661 of 2025(2) dt.07-05-2025 2/2 breaking open the door of the bedroom of the deceased.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara/concerned Court below in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 281 of 2023.
