JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 323, 504, 506 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that petitioner fired shot on the thigh of the informant due to some land dispute.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that he is in custody since 27.9.2016. Chargesheet has been submitted against petitioner. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Injury is on the non-vital part of the body. The matter has been compromised between the parties, which would appear from Annexure-2 to the present application.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Case no. 86 of 2016.
