ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 02-03-2016 It has been submitted that after release on provisional bail he could not deposit the amount fixed by this Court and hence his bail stands cancelled and thereafter the petitioner deposited the entire arrears of amount.

On the last occasion notices had been issued to the Opposite Party no. 2 but none appeared on her behalf. Having considered the facts of the case, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 02.01.2014 in connection with Complaint Case No. 30 of 2012 pending before the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Birpur, Supaul is hereby confirmed on the same terms. The Court below shall satisfy itself whether the entire dues have been deposited by the petitioner and if it is found that the amount has not been deposited, bail of the petitioner shall stands cancelled.
