ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 07-01-2015 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 12.11.2014 passed in Cr.Misc.No.382 of 2014. By order dated 28.3.2014 the Petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail and his provisional anticipatory bail was confirmed by order dated 12.11.2014, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioner could not surrender on time. Considering the same, four weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioner for surrender in the Court below.

Application stands allowed.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- in the concerned District Legal Aid Committee. Let this order be communicated to the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Shahpur P.S. case No.190 of 2013.
