=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 16-02-2017 The petitioner has invoked contempt jurisdiction of this Court on the ground that the order of this Court dated 14th of July, 2010 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 7427 of 2010 has not been complied with.

In the show-cause filed, it has been pointed out that the amount of Rs. 60,000/- deducted from the petitioner has been credited in the bank account of the petitioner on 2nd of November, 2010. It is pointed out that the order passed by this Court has been fully complied with.

Patna High Court MJC No.3971 of 2010 dt.16-02-2017 2/2 Keeping in view the stand of the respondents in the show-cause, I do not find that the respondents are in violation of the orders passed by this Court. However, if the petitioner has any other subsisting grievance, he may submit a representation before the respondents concerned, which shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.
