Heard the parties in virtual Court.

The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 354, 498, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

This is a case under Section 498A IPC.

Allegation is of demand of dowry and torture for the same. Further allegation is that with a sharp cutting weapon, the petitioner assaulted to the father of the informant. The doctor has found simple laceration caused by hard and blunt substance. Considering the nature of dispute and completion of

No.32114 of 2021(2) dt.29-10-2021 2/2 investigation, let the petitioner, above named, who is in custody since 11.10.2020, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20000/- (Twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 587 of 2020, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
