There was negotiation for sale of land in between Hridayanand Sahni as well as complainant Shambhu Sahni relating to Khesra No.3583, Area 2 Dhur over consideration amount of three lacs which Hridayanand Sahni had received and in pursuance thereof, sale deed was executed, presented and was to be accepted, before that, it has been alleged that other accused persons including the petitioner arrived and in whose company Hridayanand Sahni joined and left the place. That being so, petitioner Janmejay Sahni is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sri D. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sadar, Motihari, East Champaran in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51816 of 2014 (3) dt.22-04-2015 connection with Complaint Case No.2293 of 2013 in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks in terms of condition so laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
