This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 302/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is married nanad of the deceased. The deceased died on 16.11.2016 whereas marriage was solemnized in the year 1999. The case has been registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and there is no eye witness to the occurrence.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pachrukhi P.S. Case No. 177 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
