Petitioner is in custody since 15.02.2016 in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 548 of 2015 registered under Sections 307, 394, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and merely on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, Ajay Pandit, name of this petitioner has been surfaced in this case. Petitioner is rotting in custody for the last 11 months. Moreover, Ajay Pandit, co-accused, has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No.35057 of 2016.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
