JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 06-11-2017 In view of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.11235 of 2003, this Court does not feel incline to proceed with the matter. However, the authority is directed to pay all the admitted dues to the petitioner which he is entitled in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. If the departmental proceeding is not initiated, the entire payment should be released including the arrears.
