Patna High Court CWJC No.6296 of 2019(3) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 now recovering that excess payment and therefore the resultant deduction of amount from the pension. The rest part of the pension is being paid to the petitioner. There does not appear to be any lis at present before this Court to be adjudicated.
