2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 467, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. On the disclosure made by the co-accused persons namely Md. Meraj, Saurabh Mishra and Manish Kumar, who were apprehended on spot, this petitioner has been made accused in this case. Save & except this, there is no other material against this petitioner to show his complicity in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.25146 of 2023(5) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S.
