2. In this case, the petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 965 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 18, 20, 22 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per allegation, 47 kg of ganja was recovered from tempo of the petitioners.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are the person of clean antecedent and have falsely been implicated in this case. He has submitted that prior to the occurrence, he has sold his tempo to someone else to which the learned APP for the State submits that at the date of occurrence, the vehicle was registered in the name of the petitioners.

5. Commercial quantity of ganja was recovered from tempo of the petitioners and on the date of occurrence, the tempo was registered in the name of the petitioners.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners, which is hereby rejected.
