The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That the petitioner prays for the issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ(s) or order(s)/direction(s)

Patna High Court CWJC No.8474 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2024 2/3 directing the respondents for demolishing the illegally constructed Community Building-cumWork Shed on a public village road situated in Plot/Khesra no. 4695 at Village- Pastpar, Block - Patarghat, District - Saharsa.

That this is further for issuance of writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to construct the Community Building-cum-Work Shed under Scheme no.64/13-14 at the approved site at Plot/Khesra no. 5638 of Ward No.13, Village-Pastpar (South), Block-Patarghat, District - Saharsa.

Any consequential relief(s) in the fact and circumstances of this case may kindly be also ordered to stop the sheer wastage and loot of taxpayers' money.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Patarghat, District-Saharsa, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate petition is filed within a period of two weeks from today, before the District Magistrate, Saharsa and the Circle Officer, Patarghat, District-Saharsa, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and appropriate decision shall be taken, forthwith.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
