That this is an application for direction to the Respondents to return back Rs. 375750/= (Rs. Three lacs seventy five thousand seven hundred fifty) deposited by the petitioner in the State Bank of India, Main Branch Patna towards the non judicial stamp, Stamp duty and registration charges for registration of the sale deed, which was not registered as well as for quashing of the order dated 24.9.2014 passed by the Respondent no.4 or

Patna High Court CWJC No.22090 of 2014(2) dt.19-06-2024 2/2 pass such order or orders for which the petitioner was found entitled to."

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, to which the learned counsel for the respondent-State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
