JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 275 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 304B/ 34 of IPC.

Petitioners happens to be the sister-in-law of the deceased and the case is of dowry death.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that though she is named along with other accused persons in the F.I.R. but no specific allegation has been mentioned against this petitioner and the whole family members have been made accused in the present case.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing
