This application for regular bail arises out of Khodawandpur P.S. Case No. 11 of 2020, disclosing offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a and Section 26 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2020, when he was apprehended by the Police Officials and found to be in possession of a country made pistol and two live cartridges. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2020 and there is apparently no allegation of use of firearm.
