2. This writ petition has been filed for payment
Patna High Court CWJC No.9832 of 2021(4) dt.25-07-2024 3/3 of two months salary of the petitioners which was not given to him.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to file representation before the respondent no. 8, The Director, Department of Science and Technology, Government of Bihar, Patna within a period of four weeks from today, the respondent no. 8 shall dispose of the same after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of ten weeks, thereafter.
4. The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
