In the present application, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 06.02.2010 passed by the respondent, Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Madhubani, whereby he has been transferred from the Primary Health Centre, Ghoghardiha to Primary Health Centre, Basopatti.
