====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 220 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. His name has come during investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Devendra Jha. There is no recovery of any Tractor from possession of this petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held.

Petitioner is in custody since 3.7.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74903 of 2018(2) dt.17-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, in connection with Raghopur P.S.
