This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Tekari P.S. Case No. 26 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation against the petitioner of having secured appointment as teacher on the basis of B.E.T.E.T. certificate, which was found to be forged.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, while disputing the allegation has submitted that the no chance of petitioner tampering with the evidence, as the case of the prosecution is based on documents. He has further submitted that the petitioner

Be that as it may, considering the submission that the prosecution's case is based on documentary evidence and there does not appear to be any chance of tampering with the evidence, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. VI, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 26 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present herself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on her part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, her bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
