JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 11-09-2020 Perused the report, the trial is at fag end and it is the observation of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Saran in his report that the main victim Atul Raj has not appeared for evidence and it is the contention of prosecution that the accused persons are threatening him not to give evidence in this case. Although it is the contention of learned counsel for the petitioner that Atul Raj is not a charge-sheet witness and all the prosecution witnesses have been examined, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioners at this stage since the trial is almost concluded.

The trial court is directed to proceed with the trial and conclude preferably within a period of six months from the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22048 of 2020(3) dt.11-09-2020 2/2 date of start of physical court, failing which the petitioners will be at liberty to renew their prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded because of the reasons solely attributable to the prosecution.

Mr. Parmeshwar Mehta, learned APP for the State is present.

Mr. Rajesh Kumar learned counsel for the informant submits that he will ensure presence of the witnesses on the next date.
