This application has been filed seeking direction to the respondents to hold B.Ed. Examination for the sessions 1992-93, 1993-94, 1994-95 and 1995-96 for non-collegiate students of R.A. College of Education, Kunjauri, Madhepura. The matter was earlier directed to be listed after disposal of L.P.A. No. 422 of 2001. The same has been disposed of by order dated 05.01.2007.
