JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-08-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel appearing on behalf of O.P. No.2 and the learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 536 of 2016, registered under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner and O.P. No.2 submits that on the joint prayer of the parties, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court for settlement of dispute in between the petitioner and O.P. No.

2, who are husband and wife, where the dispute was settled in terms of the agreement entered in between the parties on 18.08.2017, which is the part of report dated 18.08.2017 of Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna. Accordingly, the petitioner will take his wife (O.P. No.2) during the period of Navratra i.e. on 30.09.2017 and keep her with full dignity.

Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 536 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
